About the role
We are looking for a Senior QA / n8n Engineer with a strong QA mindset to bring structure and quality into our processes.
You will take ownership of QA and workflow automation, ensuring reliable integrations and smooth data flows across systems. By combining manual testing, automation, and system thinking, you will improve overall quality and scalability.
In this role, you will play a key role in building structure, reliability, and confidence in the team’s releases, while continuously optimizing workflows and reducing manual effort.
You will be up to:
- Take full ownership of QA processes within the team and drive improvements in quality
- Define and enhance the end-to-end testing strategy, ensuring full coverage of critical flows
- Perform manual testing and automated test coverage using Playwright
- Design, maintain, and improve n8n workflows for data integrations
- Manage integrations between HubSpot, internal systems, and external partners, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Monitor and validate data flows, ensuring high levels of accuracy and consistency
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work in partner operations and internal processes
- Refactor and optimize existing workflows to improve efficiency and reliability
- Act as a senior problem solver by challenging requirements and proposing better solutions
- Bring structure to evolving processes and contribute to building scalable systems
Requirements:
- Strong QA mindset with experience in manual testing and QA automation (preferably Playwrite)
- Experience with automation tools, preferably n8n or similar (Zapier, Make)
- Solid understanding of integrations, systems, and data flows
- Ability to work with JavaScript / TypeScript
- High attention to detail and a structured, proactive approach to work
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Education
Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Informatics, Computer Engineering, or related field is considered a plus
Foreign languages:
Fluent English (daily communication with the client)
