You have complete freedom in choosing the platform and frequency. The ideal frequency depends on the project stage and the level of project documentation. We recommend using a proper project management system to simplify the overall process.

How should we structure the team?

Team size and seniority are major factors. With one or more senior professionals, or perhaps a team lead, the team will be able to operate autonomously and efficiently. If you hope to achieve an even higher level of independence, we recommend adding a Product Owner to the team.

Are we visiting or are professionals coming to us?

Both! Building rapport with new teammates is key to project success. A professional should visit your country, and we encourage you to visit us. Both parties build mutual respect by learning more about the culture, project, organization, and teams.

The optimal frequency varies per circumstance and agreement. Again, it's entirely up to you. 

Do you have anyone available right now?

Simply put, no. With each client, we aim to find the most suitable candidate. We don't begin looking until we have an understanding of your needs.

However, we do have a database with profiles of individuals we've already talked to and met. Most of them are ready to start working for us as soon as a client project comes along.
