In our team we had a good work atmosphere and colleagues willing to help, open to exchange opinions and share their knowledge. We had one of the best remote work models, where each member was integral part of the team and the client. In Xessable there is a pleasant atmosphere and we all had amazing time at organized events. It was my first Cypress experience and encountered other automation testing tools that expanded my knowledge.

I am Tanja Stojanovska and I was working as a Software Engineer at Xessable from April 2021 until November 2022. Working with Xessable was a wonderful experience. I had been entrusted responsibilities that helped me grow professionally, especially at Software Development as well as in Project Management, while always having the needed support and openness for communication and knowledge sharing. I met some of the brightest, friendliest people and enjoyed the culture developed at the company. Work and life were always harmonized and I feel very fortunate to get the chance to be part of this environment.

The experience in Xessable was one of a kind. Not just your regular IT company. Hanging out with and appreciating your colleagues is valued here. Maintaining the work ethic and growth is also something they treasure. In the meantime, suggestions, improvements are encouraged and significant time is spent in that area.

I was able to work for a very demanding client, which opened the door for acquiring knowledge in many aspects. It wasn’t just writing and maintaining code.

In terms of responsibilities as an Software Engineer, it included working in a Scrum-based environment, where everyone was involved in the decision making process. We kept discussing new technologies, new environments, and how we would fit that in. I also had the opportunity to dive in the Lead position for a short period.
